Due to the fully customized nature of our products, each order is made specifically to the specifications, preferences, and details provided by the customer at the time of purchase. As such, we do not maintain a general policy of returns or exchanges, as each item is produced uniquely and cannot be resold or repurposed. For this reason, all sales are considered final. However, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in rare instances where a customer believes there may be an error, defect, or other concern with the item received, we are open to reviewing the situation on a discretionary, case-by-case basis. To be considered for any form of exchange, replacement, or partial credit, the customer must contact us within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for review or resolution, regardless of the nature of the concern.
All such requests must be submitted in writing through our official communication channels and must include a detailed description of the issue, along with any applicable supporting materials such as photographs or order confirmation details. The decision to accept or deny any request for return or exchange shall be made solely at our discretion and will be based on a thorough evaluation of the circumstances. We reserve the right to offer a resolution that we, in good faith, deem fair and appropriate. Unauthorized returns—items sent back without prior written approval from our team—will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms, and understands that the uniqueness of custom-ordered products inherently limits the possibility of return or exchange under traditional retail standards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these policies, which are in place to maintain the integrity of our custom production process and ensure fairness for all parties involved.
